Instrumentarium Dental completes its intraoral product portfolio with two new products, the Snapshot sensor and the Express intraoral imaging plate system. The two products offer a complete solution for dental intraoral imaging needs. With these introductions, Instrumentarium Dental has a full portfolio of intraoral imaging products alongside its classical Orthopantomograph® extraoral product line.
The Snapshot sensors make the daily workflow worry-free and efficient. They are ready for use just by plugging in a USB cable. There is no tabletop electronics unit, making sharing the sensor between operatories particularly convenient. The CMOS technology used produces razor-sharp, low-noise images and the wide dynamic range allows imaging of different parts of the dentition without altering the settings on the X-ray unit.
The Express digital imaging plate system is very fast, offering exceptionally smooth workflow and providing superb, consistent clinical results. The system has a graphical user interface that shows a preview image and guides the user whenever needed. The system can be operated without touching it, keeping users focused on the patient and ensuring the best possible hygiene.
Both systems are compatible with both AC and DC X-ray units. Instrumentarium Dental also has the FocusTM high-frequency DC intraoral X-ray unit in its product portfolio.
